G.G.I.T. Signature Veggie Soup


Ingredients Needed:

2 Bell Peppers

1 bunch of celery

1/2 pack of Shredded Carotts

1 can of garlic, basil diced tomatoes

2 large cans of Beef Broth

1 red onion

1 bunch of green onions

1 can of Glory Green Beans

​Feel free to add any of your favorite veggies

Mrs. Dash Seasoning (your choice)

Garlic Powder

1 small can of tomato paste

1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic

Optional - Rotel Sauce, Spicy Wing Sauce, red pepper


Instructions:

Wash & clean veggies

Finely chop veggies

Place is large pot...add enough water to cover veggies, steam for about 10-12 minutes

Drain water off/Add chicken broth, add diced tomatoes, add green beans, add tomato paste, stir

Now add your seasoning (be careful here....watch sodium contents)

Simmer heat for another 10 minutes

Test taste to see what you need to add 

Optional: Add spicy hot items if you like it hot


This should make enough servings to last the entire week.  I love this soup and it is one of my signature recipes.
